Method

We measure before we build, and we build to be handed over.

Every engagement follows the same shape. The details change with the company, because the gaps are always different. The intent stays fixed: give you a working way to reach buyers who do not know you yet, and make sure it stays with you.

The shape

Four movements, in order.

  1. 01

    Survey

We start with the buyer map. We look at where your new business has really come from, which channels exist only on paper, and which buyers you could reach but never have. You get a plain read of the gap before anything is built.

  2. 02

    Design

We pick the channels that fit your gap, not every channel there is. Then we agree what good looks like: a baseline taken up front, so progress is measured against your own starting point rather than a promise.

  3. 03

    Build and run

We build the channel and staff it. Every message is researched and written for one real person, and a person on our side reviews it before it goes anywhere. We run it ourselves, adjusting as we learn, until it is producing pipeline you can see.

  4. 04

    Hand over

We give you the playbook, the data, the sequences and the trained people. We stay close while your team takes the controls, then we step away. A good handover is the point of the whole exercise.

Ground rules

What we hold ourselves to.

One person at a time. We would rather write to a short list of the right people than a long list of anyone. Each message has a reason behind it that the reader would recognize.

A human reads everything. Tools help us research. They do not get the last word on what goes out under your name.

Consent matters. We reach people in ways they would consider fair, and anyone who asks us to stop hears nothing more.

Your starting point is the yardstick. We report against the baseline we agreed together, so you can always see whether the work is paying its way.

First step

The survey is where it begins, and it costs you nothing.

Ask for a buyer map and we will read your situation honestly, including the parts where we think you do not need us.
